Who we are
Udderly Delicious delivers glass-bottled milk and dairy to homes and businesses in central New Jersey. This policy covers the information we keep to run your deliveries and your account, including this website and our text messages.
What we keep
- Your name, delivery address, delivery instructions and any door or gate code you give us (codes are stored encrypted).
- Your phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Your orders, deliveries, bottles, invoices and payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Whether you've agreed to receive text messages, and when.
How we use it
Only to deliver your orders, keep your account and bills right, and contact you about your deliveries and your account. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we text you about your deliveries and your account — for example when your order has arrived, a reminder to place or change your order, a link to sign in to your account, or a reminder about a balance or bottles to return. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to be a customer.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, or your agreement to receive texts, with anyone else for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Who else handles it
Only the companies that run the services we use, and only so they can provide them to us: our website and database host, our text-message provider, our email provider and our card-payment processor. They may not use your information for anything else.
Keeping it safe, and your choices
Your account is protected by a sign-in, and our staff only see what they need to do their job. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your account is settled.
